Learn More About Menopause Through The
In-Person Seminars
PausetiveMD was founded in response to the frustrations expressed by my patients and friends who struggled with menopause and lacked clear guidance on managing their symptoms. While there’s a wealth of information about menopause, time constraints during office visits often prevent thorough discussions. It’s inspiring to see women taking an active interest in understanding their symptoms rather than suffering in silence. Surprisingly, menopause-related changes can begin years before the average age of 52. With 60% of women living to age 80, and many spending 40% of their lives in menopause, understanding the science behind these changes is crucial.

Why In-Person Seminars?
I want you to take a breath. Get off your feet. I think there is real value in sitting in a room with women who are experiencing the same challenges. Women draw strength from each other. Bring a group of women together and immediately there is a drop in cortisol levels. You will hear questions from other women that you may find helpful in your own journey. I will give you a folder with worksheets. As you listen to the information, the worksheets will help you take notes and highlight important information. You will leave with a list of treatment options that may treat one or all your symptoms. You will be able to look at this list over time. As your symptoms change, you will be able to refer to the list for more options.
Another benefit of an in-person seminar is to meet the exhibitors who can give you more information about the medications, supplements, or devices we will discuss.
